Service comes with 20 MLS-Compliant (Multiple Listing Services) images of your property from different aerial angles and directions to include but not limited to:
Front exterior (primary facade) – Shows the face seen from the street or driveway.
Front-left angle – Captures the front corner and one visible side of the property.
Front-right angle – Opposite side of the previous shot for balance and depth.
Right-side exterior – Straight-on view of the right elevation.
Left-side exterior – Straight-on view of the left elevation.
Rear exterior (backyard view) – Full view from behind the business.
Rear-left angle – Rear corner capturing side and backside elements.
Rear-right angle – Rear corner from the opposite side for symmetry.
Top-down aerial (bird’s-eye/ Nadir) – Overhead shot showing property layout, and surroundings (if possible).
Elevated oblique (angled aerial) – 45° overhead view showing both the business and landscape context.
Photos come as .jpg in a 4:3 ratio with a standard resolution of 8064 × 6048. If you need a particular size, or 16:9 aspect ratio, let us know!
NOTE: Due to GA trespassing and privacy laws, we will only be able to fly over your own property and public areas (not your neighbors!) and thus may be prevented from capturing your house at these precise directions every time.
